PLA-Particles 백색입자
Biodegradable particles

  • consist of poly(D,L-lactic acid) with a molecular weight of 17.000 D
  • available with diameters of 250 nm, 500 nm and 2 µm in small size distributions and with mean diameters of 30 µm and 100 µm in broader size distributions
  • established in the field of drug encapsulation in connection with a controlled drug release (The half-life time of the beads under in-vivo conditions mainly depends on the molecular weight of the polymers and increases with the molecular weight of the polymer.)
  • vailable with COOH or NH2 groups or with collagen on the surface
  • can be loaded with drugs on request
