Fluorescent polystyrene / polymethacrylate particles (micromer® -F)
  • monodisperse particles from polystyrene, substituted polystyrenes, polystyrene-co-polymers or polymethacrylates
  • designed with carboxylic acid groups (COOH) and amino groups (NH2) on the particle surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies or other molecules
  • available as micromer® -redF (fluorophore: rhodamine derivative, Excitation: 552 nm, Emission: 580 nm),
  • provided with diameters of 25 nm, 50 nm, 100 nm, 250 nm and 3µm, 4 µm, 5 µm and 6 µm
  • available as micromer® -greenF (fluorophore: fluorescein derivative, Excitation: 475 nm, Emission: 510 nm)
  • provided with diameters of 25 nm, 50 nm, 100 nm and 250 nm
  • available as micromer® -blueF (fluorophore: coumarin derivative, Excitation: 340 nm, Emission: 434 nm)
