sicastar® -blue 착색입자
silica particles

Coloured silica particles (sicastar® -red, –blue, -black)
  • produced by hydrolysis of orthosilicates and related compounds
  • extremely stable in organic solvents and buffers (No toxic effects come from the covalently bound dyes.)
  • monodispers and nonporous in the size range of 100 nm to 1,5 µm
  • have broader size distributions in the area of the porous silica particles with adjusted diameters between 3 and 20 microns
  • have a hydrophilic surface with terminal Si-OH-bonds
  • applied for membrane checks, flow investigations or the quality of antibody coupling procedures on surfaces
  • available with a plain surface (Si-OH) or with NH2 groups on the particle surface for the covalent binding of proteins, antibodies, oligonucleotides, enzymes or other molecules
  • contain a high amount of covalently bound red dye in the silica matrix (sicastar®-red)
  • available with covalently bound blue dye in the silica matrix (sicastar®-blue)
  • available with a coating of black ink, that is stable in aqueous media, but not in organic solvents (sicastar® -black)
